Current Clamp Calibration Fixture
A defined fixture for repeatable current-clamp measurements.
The CF 9651 supports transfer-impedance and insertion-impedance measurements of SW 9600 Bx and SW 9601 Ax current clamps, plus other probes with comparable dimensions. Its aluminum enclosure and centered conductor provide a repeatable mechanical arrangement.
VHF-LISN Impedance Calibration Adapter
A defined measurement interface for VHF-LISN verification.
The IMA 8803 connects a vector network analyzer to the VHFB 8801 or VHFU 8802 for impedance and isolation measurements. The adapter follows the example in CISPR 16-1-4, Edition 5, and includes a reference-ground-plane extension with an EMI gasket interface.

The TBCP1-200, TBCP1-250, and TBCP1-500 is fixed aperture RF current monitoring probe, expanding the Tekbox product range of affordable EMC pre-compliance test equipment. The probe has a 3dB bandwidth of approximately 200 MHz and is characterized and usable over the frequency range from 10kHz to 500 MHz. The aperture of the RF current monitoring probe is 25 mm. Its transfer impedance is > 14 dB Ohm in the range from 40 kHz to 200 (500) MHz.
