High-Voltage DC Test Sets HTS 20-10 are designed for testing dc dielectric strength of components, insulations, air- and surface flash-over gaps. Also for testing SPDs according to IEC 61643-1. The test voltage can be adjusted from 0.2 kV up to 20 kV. The test voltage rises like a ramp from zero to the selected test voltage. The rate of rise can be adjusted from 100 V/sec up to 10000 V/sec. Then the test voltage remains at the selected value for the test time, which can be adjusted from 1 – 1000 sec. Figure: incl. option PA503

The impulse generator system EMC 2015 has been designed for dielectric testing of electric components, over-voltage protectors and electronic circuits acc. IEC, VDE etc. The basic version generates impulse currents with waveform 8/20 µs and a peak value of up to 25 kA. In addition, various other plug-ins are also available.

The surge current generators PG20-7000 generates standard impulse currents with waveform 8/20 µs according to IEC, EN, VDE. Pulse current output amplitude is controlled by preset charging voltage and can be adjusted up to 50 kA. The generator is designed for testing electrical components, over-voltage protectors and surge protection devices. The generator possesses an electronically regulated high-voltage power supply, which allows an excellent reproducibility of the pulse output amplitude.

The surge current generators PG20-10k generates standard impulse currents with waveform 8/20 µs according to IEC, EN, VDE. Pulse current output amplitude is controlled by preset charging voltage and can be adjusted up to 70 kA. The generator is designed for testing electrical components, over-voltage protectors and surge protection devices. The generator possesses an electronically regulated high-voltage power supply, which allows an excellent reproducibility of the pulse output amplitude.

The surge current generators PG20-14000 generate standard impulse currents with waveform 8/20 µs according to IEC, EN, VDE. Pulse current output amplitude is controlled by preset charging voltage and can be adjusted up to 100 kA. The generator is designed for testing electrical components, over-voltage protectors and surge protection devices. The generator possess an electronically regulated high-voltage power supply, which allows an excellent reproducibility of the pulse output amplitude
