The CAR- Transient Emission 14 is used to check the transient transition behaviour when switching loads on the vehicle electrical system. Hilo Remote Control is software for personal computers. It is used to control HILO-Test generators from your computer. The communication with the generator is implemented with a LAN connection. The generator is connected via an optical interface. Thus, the PC is completely disconnected from the generator.
