ENVIRONMENT SPECIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC HIGH-VOLTAGE EQUIPMENT ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS

This standard defines the requirements that shall be respected in order to ensure the electric resistance and the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) of the vehicles (passenger vehicles and small commercial vehicles) and of associated electric, electronic high voltage equipment, and equipment connected the alternative network (e.g., battery charger, etc ... )

The person in charge of development at Groupe PSA (in agreement with the person in-charge at Groupe PSA for EMC and electric validations) shall define to the Supplier the applicable requirements. By default, this document is applied integrally.

The equipment is validated when it satisfies the test requirements on the equipment and on the vehicle. Tests on the equipment shall be performed in an environment representing the vehicle functional mode (validation system).

Each vehicle project shall have its own and independent electric and EMC validation: an obtained validation obtained on a vehicle project is not systematically extendable to another vehicle project.

The equipment connected to the 12 V network shall, in addition to the applicable requirements in this document, meet the specific requirements defined in B21 7110.

The equipment connected to the 48 V network shall, in addition to the requirements applicable in this document, meet the specific requirements defined in B21 7113.
