Test System for MIL-STD-641 CS114, CS115, CS116

  • Automatic calibration for the whole test frequency range
  • Application of all test frequencies automatically. The level can be selected or automatic.
  • NO need to manually configure the measurement equipment
  • NO need to manually integrate the transfer function of probes and attenuators
  • Generation of test reports: NO need to record all values read from the measurement equipment
  • Generation of calibration reports: NO need to record all calibration setting parameters
  • Rack together and add CS101, CS109, and RS101 (sections 18, 19, and 20 of the RTCA DO-160G are also available.)

The Absolute Coax series of cables are designed specifically to meet the requirements for EMC testing. Each industry has requirements that are unique. EMC is no different. Absolute EMC has gone through the selection process to only offer the best performance quality and value. Taking away the need to spend hours searching and looking through specs and manufacturers to find what you hope is the best value. 4 options are available fitting most EMC applications.

The dAV series includes not only the digital, optical transmission of camera signals (dAV-C), it can also transmit analog audio and/or video signals uni- or bidirectionally. Fields of application are e.g. the acoustical monitoring of engine speed or surveillance of an audio or video system in immunity tests. The main unit dAV is thus equipped with different options. The dimensions of the housing depends on the options chosen.

The optoLAN-100Base-T1

-MAX system can be used for the optical transmission of automotive ethernet signals with NXP© TJA1100© chipset (unshielded twisted pair UTP ethernet). The system can be set up with two identical transceivers or one side automotive ethernet and the other 100BaseT. With this setup, the link can be used as a media converter. The devices are supplied by internal batteries and connected with an optical fiber. The standard connector is a 4 pole Rosenberger HSD.

The Absolute EMC105 series of cables is a very high-performing Coax operating up to 26.5GHz with incredibly low losses. It can be used for high-power applications resulting in more power reaching your antenna. Also ideal for emissions testing up to 18GHz. allowing for long-distance runs with less loss.

The Marvell® 88Q2112 solution is a single pair Ethernet physical layer transceiver (PHY) for 100/1000Base-T1 signals. Our optoLAN 100/1000Base-T1 88Q2112  is suitable for EMC tests of devices with this kind of chipset. The standard connector is a 4 pole Rosenberger HSD to minimize the emission of our optical link.

The Marvell® 88Q1010 solution is a single pair Ethernet physical layer transceiver (PHY). Our optoLAN-88Q1010 is suitable for EMC tests of devices with this kind of chipset. The standard connector is a 4 pole Rosenberger HSD to minimize the emission of our optical link.

The EPS Test Table is a simple, inexpensive solution for your EMI testing. It is made from durable, expanded polystyrene (EPS) material and can be customized to your requirements. Complies with CISPR, ISO, & IEC requirements for having a low permittivity and can be used for additional standards.

  • High strength EPS 3lb per ft3
  • Low Permittivity >1.04
  • Made for high loading 500 lb.
  • Options
    • vinyl topper with your company logo (shown in picture)
    • epoxy coating for the top (can be combined with vinyl)
