The Absolute EMC105 series of cables is a very high-performing Coax operating up to 26.5GHz with incredibly low losses. It can be used for high-power applications resulting in more power reaching your antenna. Also ideal for emissions testing up to 18GHz. allowing for long-distance runs with less loss.

The optoLAN 100/1000Base-T1-BCM89887 is a bidirectional optical transmission system for automotive Ethernet 1000Base-T1 and 100Base-T1 signals. Featuring Rosenberger HSD (Z-coded) connectors, optical transmission, and a shielded case, it ensures reliable, interference-free performance for EMI and EME testing, proven in automotive EMC labs. The optoLAN-100Base-T1

-MAX system can be used for the optical transmission of automotive ethernet signals with NXP© TJA1100© chipset (unshielded twisted pair UTP ethernet). The system can be set up with two identical transceivers or one side automotive ethernet and the other 100BaseT. With this setup, the link can be used as a media converter. The devices are supplied by internal batteries and connected with an optical fiber. The standard connector is a 4 pole Rosenberger HSD.

The Marvell® 88Q2112 solution is a single pair Ethernet physical layer transceiver (PHY) for 100/1000Base-T1 signals. Our optoLAN 100/1000Base-T1 88Q2112  is suitable for EMC tests of devices with this kind of chipset. The standard connector is a 4 pole Rosenberger HSD to minimize the emission of our optical link.

The Marvell® 88Q1010 solution is a single pair Ethernet physical layer transceiver (PHY). Our optoLAN-88Q1010 is suitable for EMC tests of devices with this kind of chipset. The standard connector is a 4 pole Rosenberger HSD to minimize the emission of our optical link.

The transient generator CAR-TG 20 is designed according to strict specifications of Ford standards. As per standards FORD FMC1278 and EMC-CS-2009.1 the transient tests defined in RI130, CI220 and CI 260 are generated by CAR-TG20. By that is meant pulse forms: A1, A2-1, A2-2, C-1, C-2, and F.
Therefore, a specified 12VAC Potter & Brumfield relay as well as other parts defined by standard create pulses that are close to real appearing transients.

The compact magnetic field generator and analyzer MGA 1033 allows susceptibility tests against magnetic fields from DC to 250 kHz according to the standard EN 55103-2 and their measurement according to EN 55103-1. In addition, EMC tests are possible according to various standards such as automotive, avionic and MIL-STD.; Generation of magnetic fields from DC to 250 kHz; Field strength up to 1000 A/m; EN 55103-1/2, MIL-STD 461, Automotive etc.; Accessories: Loop sensors, Helmholtz coils etc.;

For EMC tests according to the standard IEC/ EN 61000-4-16, -19 and IEC/ EN 61543

  • Common Mode & Differential Mode
  • Power module with 5A / 250 W or 16A / 800 W
  • Signal generator with DC, sine, triangle, and square waveforms
  • The external source can be added to the internal signal
  • Windows Application software, USB port

The CAR-PFS-80 is an automotive power fail simulator, which is designed for performing fast voltage dips and drops (micro-interruptions) according to standard requirements, mainly from vehicle manufacturers. The electronic switches in the generator allow switching times below 1 microsecond.

The EPS Test Table is a simple, inexpensive solution for your EMI testing. It is made from durable, expanded polystyrene (EPS) material and can be customized to your requirements. Complies with CISPR, ISO, & IEC requirements for having a low permittivity and can be used for additional standards.

  • High strength EPS 3lb per ft3
  • Low Permittivity >1.04
  • Made for high loading 500 lb.
  • Options
    • vinyl topper with your company logo (shown in picture)
    • epoxy coating for the top (can be combined with vinyl)
