The transient generator CAR-TG 20 is designed according to strict specifications of Ford standards. As per standards FORD FMC1278 and EMC-CS-2009.1 the transient tests defined in RI130, CI220 and CI 260 are generated by CAR-TG20. By that is meant pulse forms: A1, A2-1, A2-2, C-1, C-2, and F.
Therefore, a specified 12VAC Potter & Brumfield relay as well as other parts defined by standard create pulses that are close to real appearing transients.

The oscillatory wave generator IPG 2554 S has been designed for immunity testing of electrical and electronic equipment against repetitive damped oscillatory waves according to IEC 61000-4-18 requirements. It generates a decaying sine waveform with ringing frequency from 100 kHz and 1 MHz. These are considered the slow waves. These waveforms represent disturbances occurring in power, control, and signal cables installed in high voltage and medium voltage stations and in heavy industrial installations.

The Marvell® 88Q1010 solution is a single pair Ethernet physical layer transceiver (PHY). Our optoLAN-88Q1010 is suitable for EMC tests of devices with this kind of chipset. The standard connector is a 4 pole Rosenberger HSD to minimize the emission of our optical link.

  • BNC
  • reduced noise floor
  • with mounting nut for AM 9144 and rechargeable battery
  • Meeting requirements of MIL-STD-461, CISPR 25, and others

Test System for MIL-STD-641 CS114, CS115, CS116

  • Automatic calibration for the whole test frequency range
  • Application of all test frequencies automatically. The level can be selected or automatic.
  • NO need to manually configure the measurement equipment
  • NO need to manually integrate the transfer function of probes and attenuators
  • Generation of test reports: NO need to record all values read from the measurement equipment
  • Generation of calibration reports: NO need to record all calibration setting parameters
  • Rack together and add CS101, CS109, and RS101 (sections 18, 19, and 20 of the RTCA DO-160G are also available.)

The broadband horn antenna BBHA 9120 D is a linear polarized double ridged horn antenna.

The optoLAN-100Base-T1

-MAX system can be used for the optical transmission of automotive ethernet signals with NXP© TJA1100© chipset (unshielded twisted pair UTP ethernet). The system can be set up with two identical transceivers or one side automotive ethernet and the other 100BaseT. With this setup, the link can be used as a media converter. The devices are supplied by internal batteries and connected with an optical fiber. The standard connector is a 4 pole Rosenberger HSD.

The optoCAN-SW system can be used for the optical transmission of single-wire CAN signals with transmission rates of up to 33kbit/s (max. 83kbit/s). It optical transmitter of single-wire CAN signals: optoCAN-SWconsists of two identical battery supplied transceivers connected to each other with an optical fiber. With the optical transmission and the shielded case, the system is well equipped for EMI and EME tests.
