The optoUART system can be used for the optical transmission of UART-signals up to a data rate of 1 Mbit/s.

It can be used to transmit UART-signals over long distances or to handle ground potential problems. With the optical transmission and the shielded case, the system is well equipped for EMI and EME tests.

Precision Loop Antenna The PLA-R antenna is an active, battery-powered loop antenna for fully compliant radiated disturbance measurements. Due to the broad frequency range from 9 kHz to 30 MHz, it is suitable for all emission standards. A very low noise floor allows for compliance measurements with low limits. Furthermore, the passive operation mode ensures that strong emissions e.g. from wireless charging applications don't overload the preamplifier. With the integrated tripod, positioning is convenient and fast as the loop antenna needs to be oriented in x, y, and z orientation. Two integrated laser pointers support the alignment.

For the protection of the fine antenna structure against damage, the antenna is equipped with a low loss plastic protection cover. The STLP 9149 is especially suitable for Immunity Testing acc. to IEC 61000-4-3 because of its good field uniformity.

opto1394 This system is used for the optical transmission of IEEE1394/Firewire-signals and can transmit data rates of up to 400 Mbit/s (800 Mbit/s at 1394b). The transmitter system consists of two similar transceivers supplied by batteries and a duplex-62,5/125µm-multimode optical cable. Due to its insensitivity against strong electromagnetic fields, the opto1394 is fit for tests of electromagnetic compatibility in EMC-test chambers, TEM-cells, and striplines. The system can also be used for the fail-proof transmission of signals across long distances.

The Conformity Assessment Business Model DCS06 Test Generator has been designed to operate with its complementary injection clamp to fully meet the pulse requirements of DCS06 when tested into a 5? load. It operates from an intuitive touch screen interface and has full phase synchronization up to 800 Hz input frequency with 1-degree steps. It has been designed with future revisions of the test standard in mind.

ptoTTL 5-3-u is used for the optical transmission of TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) 3.5 & 5 V TTL signals digital signals. Up to 16 digital signals with a sampling rate of 40 MS/s (each channel) can be transmitted. The system consists of a transmitter supplied by batteries, a simplex-62,5/125µm-multimode optical cable, and a receiver – which has integrated batteries as well.
