The high current pulse generators PG 6-400 / PG 6-200 are designed for surge testing of electrical components, over-voltage protectors and electronic circuits acc. to IEC, VDE etc. They generate standard impulse currents with waveform 8/20 µs. Short circuit output current amplitude is selectable from 0.2 up to 10 kA by adjustment of the charging voltage of the internal energy storage capacitor.

The high-current pulse generator PG 6-2402 is designed for surge current testing of electrical components, over-voltage protectors and electronic circuits acc. to IEC, VDE etc. It generates standard impulse currents with waveform 8/20?s. Pulse current output amplitude can be set to 2 - 50 kA.

HV - Impulse generator PG 4-641 creates standard voltage and current pulses with a waveform 10 / 160 µs. The output voltage is adjustable up to 3600 V, the maximum short circuit current amplitude is 480 A peak. Positive or negative polarity of output voltage can be selected. A built-in voltage divider 1000:1 allows monitoring of the impulse output waveform during testing. The short circuit current wave can be monitored by the use of the built-in shunt.

The SURGE TEST GENERATOR PG 10-10000 delivers surge current pulses with the waveform 8/20µs, acc. to IEC 60. It was designed for testing surge protection devices. Moreover, the generator can be used for testing two-gap over-voltage protectors. It delivers surge current pulses synchronous at two impulse current outputs, peak value adjustable 0.5 - 50 kA for each output. Positive or negative polarity of output current can be selected.

The surge current generators generate standard impulse currents with waveform 8/20 µs according to IEC, EN, VDE. Pulse current output amplitude is controlled by preset charging voltage and can be adjusted up to the maximum value of the special type of generator. The generators are designed for testing electrical components, overvoltage protectors and electronic circuits. They possess an electronically regulated high-voltage power supply, which allows an excellent reproducibility of the pulse output amplitude.
