AN-Series is an artificial Network that electrically recreates the vehicular power-net impedance for component tests of voltage class B (high voltage) components in laboratories and test benches. The AN-Series uses an analog system with a bandwidth covering up to 150 kHz. An artificial network like the AN-Series is crucial for the proper testing of all voltage class B components in both hybrid and electric vehicles.

In accordance with LV123, ISO 21498, MBN 11123, VW 80300, and IEC 61851-23.

The CDG 7000 is a new test generator for all standards on immunity to conducted disturbances induced by high-frequency fields - including BCI tests (ISO 11452-4). One of the very few combined IEC 61000-4-6 test systems that contain the RF signal generator, an RF power amplifier, a 3-channel RF voltmeter, and a directional coupler at a very affordable price. IEC 60601-1-2 calling out IEC 61000-4-39 magnetic immunity for close proximity testing requirements can also now be met with the 10 kHz unit.

  • Bidirectional Optical Isolation: 20 m multimode fiber link (62.5/125 µm) for galvanic isolation of Control Pilot, CAN, and auxiliary signals.
  • Long Life Battery Power: Internal 8.4 V, 4 Ah NiMH pack delivers up to 10 hours of continuous operation.
  • Robust Construction: Anodized aluminum housing with rubber bumpers and grounding lug, rated for CISPR 25 Class 5 environments.
  • Versatile Signal Interfaces: BNC connector for Control Pilot plus D SUB 15 female for CAN, temperature sensors, connector lock control, etc.
  • Wide Protocol Support: Compatible with CCS, CHAdeMO, and GB/T charging standards for comprehensive EVSE/EV EMC testing.
  • Compact & Portable: 140 × 86 × 65 mm enclosure weighing ≈760 g—ideal for on site and laboratory test setups.

The Schwazbeck Biconical elements come in many sizes and offer different performances depending on what your needs are. For best low-frequency performance (good gain, low antenna factor), larger elements work better. The downfall of larger elements is handling or fitting in the test space. Many situations may not need outstanding performance with larger elements. The benefits of these elements and antenna baluns are that they all use the same connections (10mm), allowing for versatile sharing/switching of elements. No need to purchase a new antenna; get new elements.

  • The EPS Test Table Lt is a simple, inexpensive solution for your EMI testing. It is made from durable, expanded polystyrene (EPS) material and can be customized to your requirements. Complies with CISPR, ISO, & IEC requirements for having a low permittivity and can be used for additional standards.
  • High strength EPS 3lb per ft3
  • Low Permittivity >1.04
  • Made for moderate 200 lb.
  • Options
    • vinyl topper with your company logo
    • epoxy coating for the top (can be combined with vinyl)

The fiber connector cleaning kit allows for cleansing the fiber optic connector to ensure reliable operation of the LSProbes and other Fiber optic products.

WaveMaster + AnyWave

BOLAB WaveMaster software and the BOLAB AnyWave control unit allow the control of power supplies as well as 4 quadrant amplifiers via the analog interfaces.

The powerful and easy-to-use BOLAB WaveMaster software is unique in the world. Without any knowledge in software development, designing ordinary and complex waveforms is very easy. A graphic waveform editor allows the generation

of individual curves in no time. Also, with tabular input, all types of waveforms can be produced instantly.

  • Advanced Ripple Testing: Meets ISO 21498, LV123, VW 80300, Nissan MES PW 67602, Mazda, and emerging standards.
  • Series Amplifier Integration: High accuracy ripple injection, minimal distortion, and enhanced safety.
  • Waveform Versatility: Sine, square, trapezoidal, pulses, and triangle waveform generation.
  • WaveMaster Software: Fast DUT impedance measurement, automated test sequences, and dynamic voltage/current control.
  • High Power Capability: Ripple Voltage up to 100 Vpp, currents from 100A to 2000A+, and frequency range 10 Hz–300+ kHz.
  • Future-Proof Design: Modular architecture for easy upgrades and adaptation to new standards.
