Overview

The Montena PG1275 is a dedicated surge and spike generator for verifying the susceptibility of 28 Vdc military vehicle power systems in accordance with MIL-STD-1275D. It supports both imported and exported spikes and surges on the 28 Vdc bus, providing a compact, fully controllable source for development and compliance testing of military electronics. 

 

With a built-in 5 µH / 400 A inductor and robust 400 A output connectors, the PG1275 is engineered for high-current DC circuits typical of military platforms. PC control via RS232 or USB allows test automation and repeatability in modern EMC test labs.
