EMScanner: 150 kHz- 8 GHz, 3.5mm Resolution, EMC desktop scanner

150 kHz to 8 GHz | External spectrum analyzer | 1,218-probe array

EMScanner helps engineers locate and compare PCB emission sources across a 316 x 218 mm scan area. A fixed array of 1,218 magnetic-field probes gives fast coverage, with 7.5 mm physical spacing and a manufacturer-stated 3.75 mm effective resolution. Use it with a compatible external spectrum analyzer and a PC running EMViewer.

EMScannerR: 150 kHz- 8 GHz, 0.06mm resolution, EMC desktop scanner

150 kHz to 8 GHz | External spectrum analyzer | Down to 0.06 mm

EMScannerR helps engineers locate and compare PCB emission sources across a 316 x 218 mm scan area. Its eight selectable resolution levels run from 7.5 mm down to 0.06 mm for detailed investigation of dense boards. Use it with a compatible external spectrum analyzer and a PC running EMViewer.

EMProbe: 9kHz- 18 GHz, 0.2mm resolution, EMC robotic scanner

Component-side scanning | Adjustable probe height | External analyzer

EMProbe automates a handheld near-field probe over the component side of a PCB or around a non-flat assembly. Program scan height and position in EMViewer, then acquire RF measurements with a compatible external spectrum analyzer. The compact arm is suited to repeatable bench investigations, with larger arm or extension configurations available for application-specific work.

NFPKIT, EM Near Field Probe Kit w/Camera & Software

5 E/H-field probes | Camera tracking | Live EMI visualization

NFP Kit adds camera-based position tracking to handheld near-field measurements. EMViewer recognizes the probe and measurement location from visible markers, helping engineers map emission sources while moving the probe by hand. The kit combines five electric/magnetic probes, a camera, mounting arm and measurement software with your compatible spectrum analyzer.

EMScannerR+: 150 kHz- 6 GHz, w/ Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer, EMC desktop scanner

150 kHz to 6 GHz | Internal spectrum analyzer | Down to 0.06 mm

EMScannerR+ helps engineers locate and compare PCB emission sources across a 316 x 218 mm scan area. Its eight selectable resolution levels run from 7.5 mm down to 0.06 mm for detailed investigation of dense boards. The internal spectrum analyzer simplifies the measurement setup; a user PC runs EMViewer.

EMScanner+: 150 kHz- 6 GHz, w/ Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer, EMC desktop scanner

EMProbe-DBM-E6 — 6-Axis Robotic Near-Field EMI Diagnostics on the Bench

6 axes | 450 mm radius | 0.01 mm positioning repeatability

EMProbe DBM E6 combines a six-axis robotic arm, near-field probes and EMViewer for repeatable component-side EMI investigations. The dedicated E6 datasheet specifies a 450 mm scan radius, scan spacing down to 0.1 mm and 0.01 mm positioning repeatability. Select the probe and compatible external analyzer to match the emissions and geometry being investigated.

EMProbe CR5 - Custom Large-Reach Robotic EMI Scanning System

Custom configuration | 6-axis robot | 900 mm working-radius example

EMProbe CR5 is a custom near-field scanning solution for larger DUTs and applications that need more reach than a compact bench arm. It combines a six-axis collaborative robot, application-specific probe mounting and EMViewer scan control with a compatible external spectrum analyzer. Each system is configured around the DUT geometry, probe selection, workspace and measurement objectives. Request a quotation for your application.

TBPS01 EMC NEAR-FIELD PROBES + TBWA2/40dB WIDEBAND AMPLIFIER

The H20, H10, H5, and E5 are magnetic field (H) and electric field (E) probes for radiated emissions EMC pre-compliance measurements. The probes are used in the near field of sources of electromagnetic radiation. They serve to locate and identify potential sources of interference within the building blocks of electronic assemblies. The probes act similar to wide bandwidth antennas, picking up radiated emissions from components, PCB traces, housing openings or gaps and from any other parts that could be emitting RF. The probes are usually connected to a spectrum analyzer. Scanning the probe over the surface of a PCB assembly or housing quickly identifies locations which emit electromagnetic radiation. By changing to a probe with a smaller size, the origination of the emissions can be further narrowed down. With TBWA2 WIDEBAND AMPLIFIER/40DB
