Description

CG 20H10/500 Comb Generator is a conducted reference signal source designed to provide a reliable output directly from its connector. This self-contained device generates frequency harmonics at intervals of 20Hz, 10kHz, and 500kHz, with a usable frequency range extending from 20Hz to at least 30MHz.

Additionally, it features a rechargeable battery for up to 16 hours of continuous operation and come with a battery charger, USB cable, and accessories in a storage box.

Application

The Comb Generator is used to quickly verify conducted emissions test setups. It allows engineers to frequently check the accuracy of their setups, ensuring reliable results. Any issues or changes with the antenna, attenuator, or receiver are reflected in the data, using the same configuration.

It also helps identify if differences in EMC emissions measurements are due to variations in test sites.
