The EMP300K-5-500 is a PCI-Short Pulse Generator designed to evaluate the performance of conductive points of entry (POE) and protective devices according to MIL-STD-188-125-1/2 standards. Typical Test Setup
The EMP300K-5-500 delivers a high-current pulse either directly or through coupling devices to test the effectiveness of protective devices at electrical entry points. A residual pulse enters the protected facility, which is monitored using current probes connected via fiber optics to an oscilloscope inside a shielded enclosure.
