CLP5K, 50 A, Charge line generator for Point of Entry (PoE)
High-Voltage Pulse Testing for Antenna Point of Entry ProtectionThe PCI - Charge Line Pulse Generator is engineered to evaluate the performance of antenna point of entry (POE) protective devices in accordance with MIL-STD-188-125-2 and similar standards. This system ensures precise pulse current injection (PCI) testing, allowing for accurate assessment of EMC shielding and EMP protection. Available in two models—the CLP40K and CLP5K—this charge line generator delivers adjustable high-voltage pulses with variable frequency selection, providing a versatile and user-friendly solution for aerospace, military, and telecommunications testing. Typical Test SetupThe CLP5K delivers a high-current pulse either directly or through coupling devices to test the effectiveness of protective devices at electrical entry points. A residual pulse enters the protected facility, which is monitored using current probes connected via fiber optics to an oscilloscope inside a shielded enclosure.
