The Schlöder CDG 7000-200 is a compact conducted-disturbance test system designed for RF conducted immunity testing, Bulk Current Injection testing, and magnetic-field-related immunity applications. The system integrates the primary instruments required for RF immunity testing into a single platform, including an RF signal generator, a 200 W RF power amplifier, a 3-channel RF voltmeter, and a directional coupler.
For applications requiring lower frequency coverage, the CDG 7000-200 can be expanded with the CDG 7000-200-4 add-on amplifier. This accessory complements the CDG 7000-200 by extending the usable conducted immunity test range down to 4 kHz – 1 MHz.
Together, the CDG 7000-200 and CDG 7000-200-4 provide a powerful conducted immunity platform for commercial, medical, military, aerospace, automotive, and industrial EMC testing.
The CDG 7000 supports a wide range of conducted RF immunity and magnetic field-related test requirements, depending on the selected model and accessories.

The CDG 7000-200 is intended for laboratories requiring a high-power, integrated conducted RF immunity system. The unit combines RF generation, amplification, RF voltage measurement, and directional coupling in one compact instrument. This reduces the need for multiple external instruments and simplifies the integration of the conducted immunity system.
The CDG 7000-200 is especially well-suited for applications requiring higher RF power, BCI testing, and closed-loop current control. With the appropriate accessories, the system supports BCI testing up to 500 mA closed loop.
For low-frequency conducted immunity requirements, the CDG 7000-200-4 add-on amplifier expands the CDG 7000-200 system downward to 4 kHz – 1 MHz, complementing the main CDG 7000-200 frequency range of 100 kHz – 400 MHz.
The CDG 7000 is well-suited for laboratories that need a compact, integrated conducted-immunity platform. By combining multiple instruments into one system, the CDG 7000 helps reduce rack space, setup complexity, cabling, and integration time.
The system can be configured for IEC 61000-4-6 testing using CDNs or EM clamps, for ISO 11452-4 / MIL-STD-461 CS114 BCI testing using injection and monitoring probes, and for IEC 60601-1-2 Ed. 4.1 / IEC 61000-4-39 related test configurations with the proper accessories and software.
