• The EMC Bar Clamp components are 3D printed using PLA plastic for durability.
• The structure uses 1-inch hardwood dowels for adjustable support.

  • 1x 1-inch Hardwood Dowel (18 inches standard length, customizable)
• Customers can also opt to purchase individual pieces and assemble the system themselves, utilizing any 1-inch wooden dowel available from local hardware stores.

• Full Kit: Includes all components listed above, with 18-inch dowels as standard. Lengths can be customized up to 3 feet based on specific needs.
• Build-Your-Own Option: Purchase individual pieces and use readily available 1-inch dowels for a custom solution.
• Dowels can be easily sourced from most lumberyards and can be cut down to suit different application requirements.

Lifetime Warranty

All Absolute EMC 3D-printed accessories come with a lifetime warranty. If any plastic component is damaged, it will be replaced free of charge. We encourage customers to provide feedback on any failures so we can continually improve our future designs.

Bar Clamp Slide	The slide that can be moved to position up close to the clamp item
Bar Clamp Tightener	Comprises three parts: Screw Slide, Screw, and Screw Slide Holder, providing precise tightening capability. Used to apply clamping pressure.
Bar Clamp Crank	A wrench designed for the large screw, allowing quick adjustment and increased leverage for enhanced tensioning. It is removable to prevent interference with nearby components when not needed.
Screw Wrench	The screw wrench provides extra torque for the TP-Screw, ensuring a tighter fit when needed. This item is provided free to all Absolute EMC tripod and clamp users. Please contact us for additional units.
TP-Screew	A universal screw used across various Absolute EMC products, including the EMC Tripod, EMC Monopole, antenna adaptors, and other accessories.
Wood-Dowel	1-inch hardwood dowel, available in lengths of up to 4 feet, for versatile use in different applications.
