If any plastic pieces break, they will be replaced free of charge for the product's life. The EMC Tripod is 3D Printed with PLA plastic and uses 1" hardwood dowels for the structure. The full kit includes the (1x) Tripod section, (1x) Tripod Head (when ordering, please specify screw thread ¼" -20, 5/16" -18, or 3/8"-16), (3x) Tripod Leveling Feet, and (4x) 1" Hardwood dowels 3 ft long. Or you can choose to purchase pieces and build the antenna yourself. Any 1" wood dowel can be used with the system. 3 ft dowels are standard with a complete kit order. Dowels are available at most lumberyards. Dowels can be cut down for a shorter height, or longer lengths can be purchased for an application where more height is needed. **All 3D Printed products from Absolute EMC come with an unlimited warranty. If any items become worn out or become damaged, we will replace them free of charge.
Specifications:
*Use good engineering judgment for weight loading. It is not designed for heavy antennas/loads or where the center of gravity is overhanging from the center. A weight ballast should be used to weigh down the tripod for larger antennas; therefore, it is not top-heavy. It is easy to hang a bag with weighted materials(woodblocks, ream of paper, bricks, rocks) off of the center tripod section. Please refer to the manual.
