The Vectawave VBA200-3000 is a high-power, broadband RF amplifier engineered for the most demanding electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) immunity tests and high-power RF applications. Designed to deliver 3000 W of rated power across 12 MHz to 200 MHz, this amplifier combines rugged Class-A MOSFET push-pull output stages with Vectawave’s proprietary power combining architecture to optimize efficiency, linearity, and mismatch tolerance.
