The VBA1032-450 is a 1000–3200 MHz, 450 W high-power RF amplifier designed for applications requiring a rugged Class-A mismatch-tolerant architecture. The design leverages extra-wideband GaN output stages and Vectawave’s proprietary Quadrature Hybrid combining technique to minimize combining loss and improve efficiency.
Control is available from the front panel or via Ethernet / USB / GPIB. The digital interface manages enable/disable, monitoring, PSU health, communications, and electrical interlocks. Rear-panel forward and reflected power sample ports are provided for system monitoring and protection integration.
