The VBA 2700-100D-HE is a dual-channel, 700–2700 MHz solid-state RF power amplifier delivering 100 W minimum per channel. It is a member of Vectawave’s Class AB amplifier family and is specifically designed for PIM (Passive Intermodulation) applications, while remaining well-suited for general-purpose wideband RF drive and subsystem testing. 

Built on GaN technology, the HE series emphasizes high efficiency and cost-effective performance, with protection against mismatch loads to improve survivability in real-world fixtures, antennas, couplers, and PIM test setups where load conditions can vary.
