A Quoted kit will consist of the following configuration:

optoA2B (AD2428) HSD optical link for A2B signals

  • DUT SW has to be able to "build" a branch to integrate optoA2B in the total signal trace
  • works with "Mentor" tools
  • optoA2Bs (from SN: # 25128) are equipped with 10 μH inductors instead of 3.3 μH inductors at the front end for L5, L6
  • according "AD240x, AD241x, AD242x, Reference Schematics Rev 2.0 , Sep 25, 2020".
  • Compatibility to AD 243x Chipsets:
    • The optical link can also be used together with AD243x Chip(s) in customer's device(s), as long as
    • SPI over Distance is not used / not needed
    • "High Bus Power" (>2,7W) is not used / not needed

  • Please note, that this is the minimum mandatory support. If the system is more complex than known at project start (not all facts comitted), it might be to have your working HW at mk onsite to evaluate the total setup and the engineering support could have to be raised if it runs out of hand.
