The ABSOLUTE EMC can design and produce Custom Antenna Adaptors. each adaptor is mad for your antennas and tripods or to be used on our Absolute EMC Tripod/monopod stands. Adaptors can be designed to rotate the antenna in the center from horizontal to vertical and position it at the center of gravity of the antenna so it sits easily on the antenna stand. Cost is set based on the size and complexity of the adaptor.

ABSOLUTE EMC MP-Rotator

Sizes and measurements are provided by the customer along with pictures. Designs are 3D printed with PLA plastic. Redesigns and reprints are part of the set price until we have an acceptable rotator. There sometimes can be 2-3 redesignes.

Monopole Base		Included in Monopole Probe Stand Kit. The base is made up of a polyurethane-coated piece of plywood ruffly 15" x 15" x ¾" w/easy slide pads on the bottom to help with saying level to the floor and a plastic base for 3x 1" dowels.
MP- Ballast Bag		One is included with Monopole Probe Stand Kit. This can be filled with a weighted material (e.g., Sand) to make the base heavier. It may not be needed in all cases, dependent on user loading.
MP-Extension		Included in Monopole Probe Stand Kit. An extension piece to use another set of dowels (3 more 1") to extend the height. Add 36" (91.5 mm) to the height
Tripod Head		Included in Monopole Probe Stand Kit. It sits on top of a 1" wood dowel. Select a size (¼” – 20, 5/16” – 18, 3/8” – 16)
TP-Leveling Bubble		Included in Monopole Probe Stand Kit. It is used to see the level of the tripod. Clips on to 1” center dowel and is rotated to any side for easy viewing.
TP-Weight Ballast		A bag is included with your order. Nonmetallic weighted materials can be used to fill the bag to make the base sturdier.
TP-22mm Antenna (Optional)		Antenna adaptor for 22mm antenna tube mount. It sits on top of a 1" wood dowel
TP-Ball Head (Optional)		Ideal for Camera positioning. Full rotation to 90° polarization ¼” – 20 thread screw. For loads less than 2lb. The arm can be positioned after the head is screwed to the camera, allowing it to be placed to the rear.
TP-Cable Support (Optional) EMC EPS Block 1M		Can be used to support cables coming out of antenna or EUT, to keep them up from the floor, or to reduce strain on connectors.10-¼” x 1-½” (28 x 3.8 cm)Use with 1 meter EPS support for longer support.
TP-Item Tray (Optional)		A tray to hold items on top of the tripod. 8” x 8” (20 x 20 cm)
MP-Probe Adaptor		4x Included in Monopole Probe Stand Kit. Attaches with a thumbscrew to 1" wood dowels, extend out 5-3/4" (145mm) from the dowel Includes: ¼-20 plastic screw for probe mount. A 2-3/4" (70mm) extension is provided to offset the probe if positioning where MP-section or MP-Extention is located
