Turn Key ISO 11452-9 Test system

Setup Diagram

Summary of Project

 ISO 11452-9 Test system

Turnkey System will utilize customers in place Software and chamber. Included is everything needed to perform testing.

The system is offered with maximum performance vs. cost. To meet the requirements of close proximity handy transmitters. It has been found that transmitters in close proximity can produce a very high field which can affect electronics in the car. The ISO 11452-9 standard addressed this testing in a repeatable, uniform way. This system is fully turnkey to be used with Monolithic's existing Nexio Software. The Customer is responsible for the setup of the software. Absolute EMC will support Monolithick with this setup as it relates to the equipment.

Also Meets: FORD FMC1278, 4th ED, Stellantis CS.00244 2023 ELECTRICAL AND EMC PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR E/E COMPONENTS

Setup Diagram

The system has the following benefits.

  • Housed in a wheeled rack system with a storage drawer for manuals and extra adaptors.
  • All equipment outside the chamber will be housed inside the rack, on a wheeled cart
    • Or can be wheeled inside the chamber
  • A Single power cord
  • 1 RF connection to the chamber (possible to switch 2 antennas, extra switch position)
  • All equipment can be automated without the need to change the RF connection. The only manual part is the setup in the chamber, connecting and moving the antennas.
  • In the chamber, the antenna positioning system provided can be used to place the antennas in every orientation with an easy setup.
  • Antennas have custom cases for protection and ease of moving in and out of the chamber.
  • The system is on a wheels for easy movement between storage and chambers.
