For automotive ESD testing. The jig uses precision laser cut copper and CNC cut foam to meet the exact dimensional requirements of ISO 10605 Annex F.
The unit ships in two parts with a compression fit connection in the middle to make a seamless (more or less seamless) joint at the connection point. All you or the customer would need to do is bolt it together with 4 nylon screws.
