DTEM 4000 Double TEM for Shielding effectiveness

Double Transverse ElectroMagnetic (DTEM) cell or Double Crawford cell (named after its inventor) is used to generate accurate electromagnetic waves over a wide frequency range: DC (0 Hz) to 4 GHz and measure attenuation through materials in a very predictable and accurate way. EM waves generated in the cell propagate in transverse mode and have the same characteristics as a plane wave. It can be used to calibrate E-field broadband probes for testing radiated E-field immunity as well as for measuring radiated emission from a product with a spectrum analyzer/EMI receiver.

TBTC0/1/2/3 - Open TEM Cell for EMC Pre-Compliance Testing

Radiated emission tests are typically carried out in anechoic chambers, using antennas to pick up the radiated signals. Due to bandwidth limitations, several antennas are required to cover the complete frequency range. Furthermore, it requires much space and the cost of the equipment for a standard conformant setup is immense.

TBGTC1 Open GTEM Cell for EMC Pre-Compliance Testing

The TBGTC1 open GTEM-cell is a low-cost cell for EMC pre-compliance immunity and emissions testing. Unlike TEM cells, which have limits at higher frequencies, the TBGTC1 GTEM cell may operate up to 6GHz.

These Open TEM-cells are well suited for immunity testing of small objects according to European (CE) and automotive standards (SAE J1113-25) or for biological experiments. The advantage of these OTEM cells is that they are open and it is very easy to control the functions of the EUT (Equipment Under Test). The applications are for instance the immunity testing of watches, pagers, telephones or PCB’s.

TBBT01 High Current Bias-Tee

The TBBT01 Bias-Tee is a device for measuring the saturation effects of power inductors and bias voltage effects on capacitors. The majority of available Bias-Tees for power inductor testing operate at low frequencies, rendering them unsuitable for evaluating decoupling/bias inductors of RF power amplifiers or EMC filters. 

TBJT01 Wideband Injection Transformer

The TBJT01 is a wideband injection transformer for control loop stability measurements. It provides galvanic isolation between the swept signal source and the control loop. The injection transformer is internally terminated with a 5 Ohm resistor and protected with a 100 mA fuse. The usable frequency range is 10 Hz to 45 MHz.

TBJT02 Wideband Injection Transformer

The TBJT02 is a wideband injection transformer for control loop stability measurements. It provides galvanic isolation between the swept signal source and the control loop. The injection transformer is internally terminated with a 5 Ohm resistor and protected with a 100 mA fuse. The usable frequency range is 1 Hz to 7 MHz.
